Petition privacy notice

Your signature should not cost your privacy.

What we collect

When you sign, we collect your name, email address, city, ZIP code, preferred location, expected visit frequency, optional comment, consent choices, and signature timestamps.

How we use it

We use your email to verify one signature per supporter. Verified petition information may be summarized or delivered to Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, Restaurant Brands International, relevant franchise operators, and journalists covering the campaign. We send campaign emails only when you separately opt in.

What appears publicly

Nothing appears publicly unless you check the public-display box. If you opt in, the site may show only your first name, last initial, city, and comment. Your email, full last name, and ZIP code are never displayed publicly.

Retention and removal

Pending signatures expire after 24 hours. Your confirmation email includes a removal link that removes your signature and clears identifying profile fields. You may also request removal by emailing memories@superpopeyes.com.

Security and service providers

Signature records are stored using Cloudflare infrastructure. Cloudflare Turnstile helps prevent automated submissions. No system is perfectly secure, but access to complete signer exports is limited through short-lived, one-time links delivered to the site owner.

No sale of signer information

SuperPopeyes.com does not sell petition information or use it for unrelated advertising.

This is a fan-run campaign and is not affiliated with Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen or Restaurant Brands International.
